Great company to work with

I LOVE Ciao Italy, especially Silvia Eusepi. As a travel agent, I need to know the vendors I work with have experienced representatives, familiar with Italy so I can give my clients the Italian vacation they are looking for. Silvia is so knowledgable about all parts of Italy. She was so patient with me as a new travel agent - - I learned a lot from her about Italy and how to best deal with my clients. I feel confident that my clients are getting the very best at a reasonable price when I book with Ciao Italy.

We went through Ciao Italy for a "Skip the Lines" tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and the Basilica in Rome, Italy. The tour was a major highlight of our entire cruise, and all of us agreed that our tour guide was both knowledgeable and interesting. We only had one day to spend in Rome and Ciao Italy provided us with a memorable one. The company also gave us a translation guide of common phrases in Italian; we were well-prepared for our tour! We visited 4 other cities in Italy so the information given to us by Ciao Italy was truly invaluable.

First time working with Ciao Italy. They were great putting a tour together for my customer. They mixed packages together to form the trip my client wanted. My rep Isida was patient with me and made changes as needed. My customer came back with great reviews saying the transfer drivers were worth the money and needed to help navigate with luggage. They loved the cooking class and small group tours. They thought the big group tour of Tuscany was to long and much but glad they saw the sights. I will use Ciao again. I just wish they had weekend hours so that I can respond to customers requests/questions that I work with on the weekends.
