Hearing aids suck Tried to get help, got ignored

I only use these hearing aids as my back-up when my regular ones have lost power. In August of this year, I attempted to use the hearing aids, inserting freshly tested batteries and got a very loud repeating knocking noise. I had to finally only use one of the hearing aids to stop the loud knocking noise. I feel I wasted my money and would prefer to return them but returns involve a complicated process and the return period has also likely expired. I wish I had never bought these and do not recommend them for anyone. I appreciated how Trustpilot allows one to edit after reading the seller's response to a buyer's input. I want to point out to Chosgo that I did not say I bought the hearing aids in August. I mentioned the month and year only because I use the hearing aids as a back up. So I was disapointed when I had to use them this year to discover the technical problem. Also, this has nothing to do with where the hearing aids were sent or why. It would have been more to my liking to have read that Chosgo was willing to immediately give me a refund if I send them back. It's been less than a year since i bought them. The fact that Chosgo did not offer that in their response is telling. I can not change my negaive evaluation. It would not be honest for me to say anything positive about them.

As a senior Citizen with extremely small ears, these were still not a good fit for me. But I can say they were easy to use small in size. The rechargeable feature is a plus after having used batteries for years.
