Great experience with the ordering and the quality of the hearing aid. Only issue is the almost constant issue connecting or staying connected to the RETONE app.

Posted my order number in error-it's 3136 I have a screen shot if you need. The first set of hearing aids didn't fit properly. I returned them and added another $350 for an upgraded pair to try. They didn't work out. So I asked to return them. They said I would have to send them to china for a full refund. I did. It's been 7 months now and every time I ask about my refund they say the hearimg aids haven't cleared customs. I took pictures of the perfect packing of them and the customs paperwork. I need my $700 back! And the $55 I spent on shipping! I have gotten the run around. They also told me if I gave them a 5 star review they would help me. NO WAY! LIARS! THIEVES!

Chosgo has wonderful customer service. They responded quickly and offered several solutions for my issue. I was able to get the issue solved.

The hearing Aids did not meet my needs because of my severe hearing issues. However the help given by customer service was second to none & I am to receive a refund which is acceptable to the writer. I would highly recommend this company.
