To offer convenience—recognizing that you might prefer not to return the item or might find the process troublesome—we also provided an option for a partial refund without requiring a return. While we do invite customers to leave feedback if they are satisfied with our service, we certainly do not make refunds conditional upon receiving a positive product review. Regarding the "tin can" sound quality you described: experienced users know this is caused by sound becoming trapped in the ear canal—an issue stemming from the fit between the hearing aid and the ear canal, rather than a defect in the hearing aid itself. We sent you emails with suggestions on how to resolve this, including advice on proper wearing and dome selection, but we did not receive a response from you. We received your request for the partial refund (without return) option, but we did not anticipate that you would also leave a negative review. This appears to be a significant misunderstanding. If you truly do not wish to use our product or are dissatisfied with the solutions we offered, please proceed with the return for a refund. We will issue the refund once we receive the returned item.
