My hearing aids make a world of difference
My hearing aids make a world of difference. I can hear better than before. I had a small problem with my hearing aid and they resolved the issue right away. Great communication with them.

It just never worked for me
It just never worked for me. When I needed it something was wrong with it's use. Kept going off line.

I think the size is good
I think the size is good. In terms of handling, it bothers me that when you put them in your ear, the setting keeps changing because you keep putting your finger on the button. No matter how you set it, it always starts beeping. It's impossible to wear them.

The correct way to wear a Completely-in-Canal (CIC) hearing aid is as follows: 1. **Hold the hearing aid correctly**: Use your thumb and index finger to gently pinch the upper and lower ends of the tail or removal cord of the hearing aid. Don't touch the mico there will be buzzing. 2. **Insert the hearing aid**: With a light and steady push, carefully guide the hearing aid into your ear canal. Avoid using excessive force to prevent discomfort . 3. **Ensure a comfortable fit**: Once the hearing aid is in place, it should sit snugly in your ear canal.
