1)chosgo tres bon services 5 ETOILES , ma problematique = achat erreur et annulation des appareils auditif v03b (sur l oreille, bluetooth jamais recu ., 2) decision de chosgo qui ma fait parvenirv402 r non bluetooth en remplacement 3)chosgo ma fait parvenir des K23 bluetooth appareil dans l oreille (non compatible ??? 4) apres plusieurs contact. tres bon service .conseils recu , afin deleminer mes problemes (comme sifflements aigues ,cri d oiseau aigues tap tap ) comme si mes micro modifiait le son au maximum tres desagreable qui derange meme les gens autour de moi , probleme augmentation du volume +- avec (ritone fit = bruit aigues incontrolable +-decibels au max danger en resumer f23 appareils dans mes oreilles semble (non compatible) en plus de douleur, surtout du coter gauche 5)HEUREUSEMENT APRES TOUT LES CONSEILS RECU ET que j ai APPLIQUER SANS SUCCES CHOSGO une COMPAGNIE RESPONSABLE A REFERRER , MOFFRE UN RETOUR SUR MES K23 PROBLEMATIQUE non adapter COUT TOTAL $840 incluant 1 er depot MERCI encore chosgo POUR VOTRE SUPPORT 05/09/25 robert

I am very happy with hearing aids. They delivered in a timely fashion. Instructions were clear. The only reason I gave one less star is because the tubing was a bit long for me and I am not sure how to shorten; or if you can do this.

J'ai déjà tout dit. J'ai payé, j'ai essayé. Ils n'ont pas fonctionné avec mes oreilles Je les ai retournés et je n'ai jamais reçu de remboursement malgré leurs promesse. Mon conseil: n'achetez pas de cette compagnie.
