Great customer service

Everything went smoothly! had a great experience with Chosgo Hearing. The customer service team was very helpful and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. My order went through without any issues, and I was impressed with how quickly it was shipped. It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend them to others!

After conversing with Aiden and his taking care of everything from their company i can very well say that they were easy to work with and we are very satisfied with doing business with them. We don’t actually come across someone as Aiden and he assured us that he would resolve any issues whatsoever if we were not completely satisfied. I can only say that it was a pleasure hearing from him and he took care of all the unresolved issues. I will recommend anyone to try this company out and if they are not happy with their purchases then they can try to get in touch with the manager and they will see to it that all is taken care of . Thank you Mr. Aiden. Your company is very well represented. In continuing I will say that i believe these particular aids have helped me with my tinitus and for the price comparison on the market nowadays you can not go wrong with these. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone out there who is looking to buy them. Nothing but high marks for them. Happy shopping to one and all

Purchased a pair of SmartU hearing aids with order 3006, they are small, comfortable, and work as advertised. Richard McLaren

This hearing device is truly high-quality and very effective. Its small and lightweight design makes it extremely comfortable for daily use. The sound is clear and crisp, allowing you to hear every detail easily. Functional and well-made product!

I purchased the K23 OTC hearing aids. They worked well but I was having feedback issues with my right ear. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful providing suggestions regarding different ear pieces. I loved the blutooth functionality for listening to music and answering call. I was still having issues sealing the unit to stop feedback. (I think it must be my right ear.) Customers service suggest I upgrade to the SmartU, which became affordable when they applied the cost of the K23 to to price. I'll write a second review once the SmartU arrives.

I received a broken pair of headphones (possibly a returned set). I also received a GREAT set of K-19 which I am using and happy with. I would not have discovered these had the others had not been damaged. Some unhappyness in the beginning but happy now.
