Regarding the delayed delivery, we have investigated the matter and communicated with USPS. USPS believes this is within normal and reasonable delivery times. We will also strengthen communication with USPS and urge the courier service to provide faster and more efficient assistance. Regarding the product damage after three months of use, we carefully reviewed the photos you provided and found that this was caused by human error, which is beyond the scope of quality control. Of course, we offer two solutions: 1. Repair it free of charge, but you will need to return the product to our factory for repair at your own expense. 2. We are also willing to provide you with a new product at a low price to avoid the hassle of returning it for repair. We have contacted you multiple times via email. If you prefer this option or have a better solution, please contact us via email. We are happy to help you resolve this issue. Regarding product usage, we provide detailed operating instructions.
