Customer service returned my requests?!!

I was having trouble with my hearing aids connecting to Bluetooth, and was having trouble with squelch and feedback. Support walked me through a complete reset, and I am now following the directions explicitly, as I understand how the hearing aids need to adapt to various environments and sounds and sound settings! Thanks for the support!

I will be very honest, believe me I am very dissappointed with this company that I will never recommended it to nobody. My husband Dale Robar bought with my credit card an hearing aid but it didn't work at all on the 2025/01/04. They tried to get us to buy something else but we were not interested. I sent them many e-mail to get my money back but all they did was to laugh. I still have all the e-mail going back and forward from them. I lost $712.98 because I didn't get my money back and I sent the hearing aid back as well. This is outrageous and dishonest and it is a fraud. I wish I can have my money back because I have to buy another one for him so he can hear.

An amazing brand that makes purchasing their products easy. Their site is easy to navigate and easy to understand. I will definitely be purchasing any hearing devices from them.
