THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE MOTEL WERE VERYH FRIENDLY AND THEY MADE MY EXPERIENCE MUCH BETTER. THEY HAVE A GREAT BREAKFAST AND FAST EASY CHECKIN AT THE ECONOLODGE IN LONDON KY

I’m a bit late writing this review but felt it needed to be said. We have used choice hotels many times and had some great holidays but on visiting the patterdale hotel in the Lake District a few weeks ago the experience wasn’t so great. On our first night we were a few minutes early for our evening meal and on entering the dining room we waited to be seated. A young ma came to us a pointed to a table and we took a seat thinking it was the one that he had pointed (although we thought it a bit stain he that the table needed setting) then a lady came to us a gave us a good telling off saying that we should have waited to be seated so explained that we had been. Then the young man came across any told us off (quite loudly by the way) for sitting in the wrong place (we apologised and even said well we consider ourselves well and truly told off for this mistake and won’t make it again) it was only the morning after when we were sat further into the dining room that we could actually see this table which obscured by a wall style pillar and could not be seen by us from the entrance to the dining room where we were stood on our fort evening so unless you know it’s there you wouldn’t know it was. On top of that we found it a bit concerning that they had a table also blocking the fire exit so before you go shouting at your customers who get it wrong get your priorities write please

My credit card compromised after making reservation on May 15 2023- Quality Inn Midtown Savannah GA - denied I had a reservation - 677229099 - canceled confirmation 506719838 never received refund. Do not recommend a thief works here.

Treats usability testers like crap. Don’t recommend associating yourself with this company at all.

Choice Hotels sucks. I was almost at platinum level with points and received an email to use my points before they expire. I used my points to book a hotel and paid $30 more than I would have paid without using any points after they added hidden fees. Total b*llshit*t scam. Done with Choice Hotels.

I booked a weekend stay at the Quality Inn & Suites on Fossil Bluff Drive in Ft Worth, Tx, for Memorial Day Weekend. I drove up from Houston, found the hotel and checked in on Friday around 6 pm. Check in was a breeze, and then I got to my room. The first red flag was that the lounging chair in the room had a stain on the seat. Did not have a clue as to what it might be. The second red flag was that the Wi-Fi was not working. When I used the room phone to call the front desk, it rang and rang and rang but no one answered. Later I went down and complained about the Wi-Fi and was given a different sign-in password. That did not work either. Next red flag was I had unintended roommates. Hundreds of them in the form of ants crawling all over the window ledge and A/C unit. It was a waste of time to complain as I was told that they could get an exterminator "next week." When you think it could not get any worse, the hotel management allowed other guests with small children to run up and down the hallways late into the night resulting in high noise levels. They did provide a “continental breakfast” but in doing so they gave the term “continental breakfast” a whole new meaning. I ended up cutting my trip short by a day because it got to be too much for me.
