For a shipper this might look like a viable option. But it's high risk. As a receiver, multiple times I've found chitchat packages on the floor or on a chair in our lobby. Or, if we are in, they drivers say yes when asked if they're bringing it up, but they lie. When they don't show up, we have to go down and retrieve it from the lobby. As a shipper, I would be very nervous using these irresponsible liars.

I am new to Chit Chats and I have been meaning to sign up for a few years as a small Canadian business owner, but the Canada Post strike this year made my decision final. First off, the Chit Chats customer service has been wonderful, helpful and friendly. I had lots of questions about the platform, shipments, payments, etc. I found the platform to be very user-friendly and easy to use first off. I live in Gatineau, QC and from here I can schedule pickups with Canpar who then take my parcels to Chit Chats in Montreal who then get them shipped. The rates are much more reasonable compared to Canada Post and hope they stay that way. I ship to Canada, US and Int'l. I really hope I get to have a good experience with them in the long run. So far, I highly recommend them and hope they get to setup a drop-off point in my area (Staples Plateau would be good), but pick-ups work, too! Will be back to write a review after I have used their services for some time. Thank you!

Just found out that they are offering lower rates to new clients and sneakily charging more to loyal/long term customers. I had been fed up of their service anyway but this was the final nail in the coffin. Switching service providers now, never again.

I see a number of negative reviews for ChitChats, but I've been using them for several years and am happy with their service. There have been a couple of hiccups, but that's to be expected with any company that uses 3rd party delivery. Most of my packages are going into the USA (I'm in Canada) and ChitChats hands them off to USPS. My experience, over many years, is that USPS is one of the worst postal systems in the world, so I can't blame ChitChats if there is the occasional problem. I recommend this company.

Chit chat tracking is ridiculous And pathetic had item from ebay shipped by this non existence of a company that is totally unproffesional item been with them a week and nothing ever updated worse company ever good name though for a courier, many people will be having chit chat to say how rubbish you are this company is disgraceful and nothing gets updated.

Chit Chats handed off an eBay purchase to Intelcom. Intelcom provided a photo proving Intelcom delivered to the wrong address. Intelcom failed to attempt to fix the problem, then days later claimed they could do nothing because they could not find the shipping number. They were worse than useless. Chit Chats would only tell me to contact the seller. They did not offer to follow up with their chosen subcontractor, Intelcom. I my opinion using Chit Chats is risky and using Intelcom should not be considered.
