Easy to order, secure payment, and reasonable delivery times. Love the products!

Very long delivery times. Item does not even leave their custody for 4-7 days after placing order. Ordered from 3 different sites on the same day and the other 2 delivered to me in 5 days. The item from Chiquel hadn't even left their warehouse yet. Also, be very aware that if you choose a store credit instead of refund when returning, your purchases with that store credit are "final sale". Just not great policies overall to promote customer loyalty.

I have bought quite a few brands of wigs from Chiquel. Sometimes the wigs don't quite match the styles or the colors in the stock photos. Sometimes the cap doesn't fit my average sized head very well. Now I go to You Tube to compare style, fit, and colors with a few popular wig reviewers. This Gabor "Innuendo" fits great and I love the color G19+Praline Mist.
