I love ethe wig . The pre order arrival took a long time but I am glad i waited. I paid in full in March and didn't get the wig until end of June. Website was easy to navigate. I also appreciate Amanda's helpful videos. I purchased economical wigs and some accessories with 30% off all. Packing wa s great. The.products excellent. The star taken off was for slower than expected shipping times. The orders took 9 business days to leave the warehouse. Oh, and a real person at customer service answered the phone promptly and was more than helpful. All in all a very positive experience.

Berry is on back order so I purchased Hollie petite. Very happy, she is the most realistic wig! Love her!

I absolutely love these clips except that the plastic clip teeth break off rather quickly. I purposely keep them away from hair spray to avoid making them brittle but I generally have to replace them several times a year. Other than that I adore them. Thank you!

There is no way there are this many positive reviews based on what I see on other sites. On June 17 I ordered Anna and the envy air styler. 5 days later they tell me the wig in orders isn't available in the color I wanted until August (sorry, how do you not know this before I order?) and offered me a shitty color no one wants. I responded the next day asking for the wig in butterbeer blonde because it seems to be in stock on websites that don't play this game of pretending stuff is in stock when it's not. It's now the 27th and nothing has shipped, not even the air styler, and no one has emailed me back. What a scam
