The delivery service was really good. This is my first wig. I love the wig but I find it shiny. I also have to find the confidence to wear it because it makes me look very different. It was supposed to come with a free gift which I did not receive. That being said, I really like the Chiquel website.

Price of wig $480 in October 25 & again in February 26. By June 26 wig wag $800! I ordered and got very slow delivery despite emailing them. Paid for express deliver but nothing 2 weeks later. Only after that was the order processed. No apology, no justification for almost 100% price increase. Shocking service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great, high quality wigs. The shipping and delivery time take longer than I would like though.

The response time to fill this order was good, considering it was over a holiday weekend. USPS delivery was pretty good. Overall, I'm very happy with Chiquel and continue to be one of my "go-to's" for my wig needs.
