I’m so very impressed with Chiquel. Not only is the customer service amazing, the shipping time was unbelievable. I ordered a wig from their live event on Tuesday evening and it was on my doorstep on Friday afternoon. Did I mention I live in Oklahoma? I also had a wig I needed to return as the color and style just were not me. I purchased the wig off clearance and contacted customer service requesting a return. The easiest return process I’ve experience. Will continue doing business with Chiquel.

Great prices, great promotions, if only I could afford the human hair pieces as some are quite expensive.

Chiquel has an unbelievable customer service. They are willing to comply to a clients needs without hesitation for personal help. As far as returns there are no issues. As a first time wig buyer I’m so anxious on choosing the perfect one. I give Chiquel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ they are on top of their game!

Haven’t received my order yet, but customer service was great. I forgot to change my shipping address when I placed the order and emailed them to correct it. I received a prompt reply confirming that they will ship to my new address.

Excellent customer service. I received a human hair clip on fringe in the mail. The clip was reversed so it would not attach to my own hair. Customer service promptly remedied the problem and were very courteous.

Customer service is very friendly and helpful. It can be really hard to find the right hair color if you are trying to match to your own hair. I needed to exchange a piece and they made it very easy to do so. Buying "helper hair" can be very stressful and emotional but having a company with a customer service department that cares definitely makes it a lot easier and a more happy experience.

Chiquel is a terrible merchant and I will be taking legal action against them. Frequently holds "sales" and then does not accept returns on items sold during the sale. Items are not marked as "final sale" or any other indication that the items purchased cannot be returned for a refund with the exception of a vague and misleading return policy stating that items purchased during a "promotion sale" cannot be returned. Additionally, Chiquel claims all items are "new and unused" which was not true based on the pieces that I received. There was no stuffing or other packing material included from the manufacturer (as seen in items received directly from said manufacturer) and the boxes were damaged. When speaking to customer service on the phone, the agent had the audacity to tell me that wigs that have been tried on are donated (?!?!) instead of resold. Edited to add post reponse: The "tag" that Chiquel refers to is a large piece of cardboard that is used to identify the wig model on the exterior of the box. The box is approx the size of a standard women's shoe box and the "tag" fits over the end with the info displayed for storage. This "tag" had a string attached to it that was looped around the wig. There was no warning or indication on the "tag", box, packing material or anything else shipped with the items instructing me that I couldn't "unloop" this string to try on the wig. I didn't purchase these pieces because I wanted to play around with new hair. I am sick and lost 50% of my hair and was trying to find something that looked natural and I only purchased because I saw that there was a return policy. Chiquel even lead me on thinking they would provide an "exception" but since I "unlooped" the string, they are using that as another excuse. I have already informed them that I am reaching out to a Consumer Protection lawyer.
