Their wigs are beautiful and the fit is always spot on. I recently ordered two wigs, and only one of them suited me. I had no problem returning the other wig and getting a credit. I have always received fast, friendly service, and the quality of the wigs are excellent at affordable sale prices.

I am quite new to wigs. So I needed help....I had a personal consultation with Erica who helped me with color matching and wig styles. She has been nothing but amazing! I also learned so much from Amanda on YouTube and from her instagram pages.(and still learning). I am so grateful for the Chiquel's neighborhood page on facebook. Thank you to the awesome kind wig sisters.

Chiquel has quality wigs at reasonable prices! Also, this Canadian company does not charge us for shipping (if you spend a certain [low] amount) nor taxes so that makes a big difference!

The customer service is extraordinary, I had an issue with receiving my package after it had shipped and the customer service rep I spoke to was very nice and explained that there have been unexplained shipping delays on the carriers end that is out of their control and that they would be changing who the use for shipping if the issues continued as that is not the experience they want their customers to have. The prices are great and the company has done so many giveaways and special deals you can tell they really care about their customers!
