CHIQUEL (& Amanda) have made such a huge difference in my life! Having found a compassionate, understanding and kind place like this has been so nice. In an era of little to no customer satisfaction, CHIQUEL is definitely top notch with their customer service and communication. Starting this alternative hair journey could have been terrifying but CHIQUEL was just what I needed to find. I’ve unsubscribed from the other retailers and only shop CHIQUEL now! ❤️

I ordered a second wig (Ignite Petite) from Chiquel. The first one was amazing. I preordered a color that was backordered and given a 4 - 6 week window as to when it would be delivered. It took almost 8 weeks to be delivered. The day I received my Ignite, I went and ordered a second. Love the style, comfort and color. The second wig was in stock however, the wait time to receive my wig was 3 weeks. If you're not in a hurry, order from Chiquel. Their customer service is very responsive but the shipping takes a great deal of time.

Great pricing. Fun to get free gifts with my order. Fast shipping. Great customer service. I had to return a wig and the process was easy and I was able to apply my credit to my new wig purchase. Will continue to shop with Chiquel and am happy to be a part of the Chiquel Neighborhood community. Great people and great support and Amanda is amazing!!
