THE SERVICE IS GREAT. I FIND THE FAULT MY OWN BECASUSE I BROKE MY OWN RULE OF LACE FRONT AND AT LEAST A MONO PART I DID NOT DO THAT WITH CARRIE. ALSO I WISH YOU WOULD GO BACK TO PUTTING PICTURES OF WIG CAPS ONCE AGAIN. MOST ARE MISSING

I recently had surgery and because of it I have a large bald spot on the top of my head. I went to Chiquel in Oakville and found Marie to be very knowledgeable about the vast variety of wigs as well as available colours, styles and manufacturers. She was extremely helpful and understanding and just an all around nice and caring person. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. Marie, was amazing, she never gave up trying to find the perfect wig. She went over and above what most people would do to try to find the perfect wig for me. I will never forget that moment when she put that wig on my head and I smiled ear to ear with joy, at that moment, Marie knew that was the one and also smiled and said I feel like that wig is you, we both knew that wig was the one. Marie, you're the best, thank you so much for all your help and for helping put a smile on my face again.

Getting my first wig was a wonderful because of the help and advice of Marie at the shop. She was so great with her suggestions and the wig fits perfect and looks great. I now feel confident and proud out in the world!

I needed to return one wig that didn't work out for me, just a personal observation. I had no trouble returning it. It was a smooth transaction. Purchased another wig that I love. Couldn't be any better then the way I was treated.

This product really helps me on the daily maintenance of my long and beautiful RW spotlight wig. Highly recommend it.
