Chinese LaundryReviews of chineselaundry.com

I bought a pair of over the knee boots and they were great fit well just as expected! Will purchase again!

They are very comfortable shoes and I love the designs. In one word Elegant!

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter. One pair was shorter then should been -the tippie toes - and her toes hung over the edge. The strap on one shoe over the front was significantly longer than the others. Defective. The other pair was a platform pump which my daughter wore a couple times - gentle wear practicing her modeling routine and the metallic fabric shows wear already. This pair ran about a half sz large and seems to stretch out with each wear. So my experience was that both pair did not run true to size. And the quality was poor. I was also out the money from postage and handling as well as the restocking fee to return the tippie toes. I was not even offered another pair of the tippie toes to replace the ones we returned- zero effort to retain us as customers. Not only will I never order from Chinese laundry online again but I have warned everyone I know in pageants of my experience. Buy this brand from Zappos for easier return till you get a pair that is not defective if the system you compete in requires them.

These sandals are surprisingly very comfortable, and also fun to wear.

My shoes arrived defective which should have been caught before shipping. Cust. Service was polite and accommodating.

I love my shoes!
