I ordered a customized door ornament. It came just as described and looks great! I sent an email inquiring about my order. I received a response by the next day.

I ordered an ornament over two weeks ago with no confirmation of order ID, all I know is my account was charged. I have emailed chillever twice with no response. Update: I placed my order on 26Nov21 and recieved it 04Jan22, and it is nothing like the picture on the website. Chillever did refund the cost of shipping.

I ordered two bullet proof ornaments. I ordered one from another place and got it in a week. I wrote the company and asked about my order. After I did the this, order came in a couple of days. The spelling was right and the ornaments met all of my expectations. They were just like advertised. I'm happy and both of the officers I bought them for are very happy.

I order friends blankets and the girl in the middle has black arms and white legs. I've emailed them several times and nothing 🤯🤯🤯🤯 i just want my money back and what I order& paid to be fixed please my order number is PP66491 I order 2 blankets please fix both of them.. Thanks

Haven’t received order that supposedly shipped 24Nov2021 as of 03Dec2021. Tracking information says the package is waiting to be delivered to USPS location. We’ll see if they respond to my inquiry. Will update review if I actually receive the stocking.

I ordered a dog door sign on November 14 and haven’t received it. When I try to track my order the website doesn’t respond. It’s a Christmas present. Very disappointed.

12/14/21- Update: The ornaments were replaced with actual ceramic ornaments and I am very happy with them. Only giving a 4 out of 5 because of the mix up with accidentally receiving MDF ornaments first. My ornaments were recieved. Not happy at all. The description states it's made of a high quality ceramic material. IT'S PLASTIC! Plus the layout is not as pictured. Way to much space for the margins. I have contacted the company about a return and refund and yet to have heard back from them.

I have place a order back on November 20th and I havnt recieved a email on my order and the order was for a firefighters couple ornament and I have checked my email and spam folders so be nice if you could give me a response back thanks
