Thank you for being so patient. As we did explain, the order comes from the EU (you can check the tracking link) so the turnaround time is longer than usual. Normally, with international shipping, the tracking will not be updated until the package arrives in the destination country. We cannot change or cancel it because it's on the way to you so if you agree, we would refund you 50% of the order and you'll still get the item. Please get back to us as soon as possible so we can proceed with the refund. We really appreciate your time and your understanding. Hope to hear from you soon
