So far awful! Ordered on the 7th of December it said it would arrive before Christmas but they still have not shipped my item. I have asked several times when I can expect my order but only get an automated response. This is a Christmas gift and I would not have ordered if it had not said that it would be here by Christmas. Would very much like my item but if they are not going to send it I would like my money back!

I ordered a custom ornament a month before Christmas. I still have not received it and the tracking numbers I were given say it still has not been received by the mail company. Which one mail company is DHL which is the worst! If I had known they used DHL I would not have ordered from them. I cannot review the actual item because I have yet to get it.

I placed an order for an ornament on 24 November. They have received my payment, but I have had no updates on the status of the order since then. I sent an email yesterday but only got an automated response. This was an item I wanted for Christmas. I guess I will have to look elsewhere. Update. I just received the ornament in the mail today. It looks very nice just as pictured. Still only 3 stars since they provided no feedback or delivery information.

Absolutely terrible. A fraudulent business!!!! Can never contact them. Ordered at end of November, never received confirmation email of order but they charged my credit card. Sent me a usps tracking# 2weeks ago but it's not a valid number, usps has no record. Fighting charge and want my refund. FBI needs to remove website of fraudulent business!!!

Chillever is beyond awful and will never order from again! It’s extremely ridiculous that I placed an order on 11/28/21 and says it shipped 11/30/21 but still can’t manage to even show movement. USPS says awaiting shipment due to it being shipped with DHL. DHL hasn’t even received the shipment from Chillever meaning they aren’t actually sending out the emails once you get an email saying it has shipped. I emailed chillever on 12/8/21 asking for updates or for my money back as it shows 5-7 days for delivery after shipped. I’ll be reporting to BBB and asking for their help while I wait for my bank to help me out. My bank told me to wait until 12/22 to help me with my dispute and start an investigation with this company. I would give zero stars and will never recommend this awful terrible experience with this company and how they handle customer service.

I ordered an ornament 11/24/21 they cashed the money but never sent confirmation number or tracking information. If I don't get by Christmas I will demand a refund. Update: they sent an update saying 12/23 delivery and said they sent tracking number. No tracking information sent. Remains to be seen! Update: The ornament was delivered. Never was able to track the delivery. Thank you for coming through. Merry Christmas!

The tracking hasnt updated since december 1st so frustrated the site says 5-7 days the company emailed me sayinf 15-20 days and ordered this nov 26th. If my order doesnt arrive this week i will demand a refund!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

Ordered the schnauzer dog sign and we absolutely love it! The size, color and design is perfect and can’t wait to hang it in the door!
