Order not fulfilled but card charged - Update
Ordered $90 gift for my daughter for Christmas 28 Nov 2023, Over two weeks and no tracking available, but card charged. Four emails to customer service over 3 days have gone un-answered. No phone number to call. I would give them a zero if able. Wonder if they are a fraudulent company. Will have to seek refund from my CC company and try to find another Christmas gift for my daughter. GSS 24 Dec 2023 - After I first posted this review I finally (after I had sent multiple emails from multiple accounts with no response) received an answer to my request. They said they had no record of my inquiry's. I did receive the product just in the nick of time and the product itself was above expectations. So in summary, Good product, poor customer service initially that FINALLY resulted in a good outcome.

Great customer service
There was an issue with the original purchase made and when I reached out to Chillever customer service they were able to fix the issue. No hassle or fuss and were speedy with response.

Ordered bowling shirts that are…
Ordered bowling shirts that are beautiful. The only problem is, the shirts are made for tall people. I am 5 feet tall and have to take up every shirt I ordered about 4-5 inches. Other then that the shirts are beautiful.

Absolutely loved the product
Absolutely loved the product. Only thing was we could smell something like vinegar on the product. All sorted with a wash.
