I have not received product yet, so I cannot comment on that. I will say that I never received any type of receipt or confirmation of purchase, yet money was immediately taken from my account. I even emailed to the contact information about this and to inquire about changing shipping address, but did not receive any response. Your request for a rating is all I have received. I only hope the product, if I actually receive it, will be worth this frustrating experience.

Perfect! We ordered a Christmas ornament for our daughter. Although I never received acknowledgment of shipping, when I reached out to the company their response was quick - and I received the ornament two days later. I love the ornament, great quality, so very special.

I ordered the baseball ornament for my grandson for Christmas. So pleased with it....great quality, personalized exactly as I had reqeusted.
