Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! And horrible website. I waisted my money on a gift for my sister. The picture of what I was buying (door hanger) was on a door and when I got it it was tiny! To respond back to the comment below. They gave me a 20% discount to order again. Also when I was checking out the 1st time it showed my order hanging on a door with the pets name. If it would have showed a smaller size Instead of the one hanging on a door. It would have been a red flag about the size. It was very deceiving and reading other reviews sounds like I am not the only one this has happened too. I have moved on when you wouldn’t do anything. My review is for people who are ordering so they are aware. And from how you responded I am very thankful I did.
