Like a goober, I completely forgot to include the apartment # with my sons address for the delivery of his necklace. I reached out to the chillever team and they took care of me 100%, even though it was my fault. Thank you guys! What a great service! I look forward to using your company again. All of you reading this review should too!

My original order was lost in transit and this company sent a replacement right away. They also followed up to make sure that I received the package. The dog tags are nicer than pictured. Will order from this company again.
