This gift I got for my son is very special to him. He loves it. And the delivery was very fast. I will continue to order from this company. They have amazing things that you can buy as a gift.

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an ornament in November and sent numerous emails asking when it would come. I couldn’t reach them by phone because there is no phone number to reach the company. The ornament finally arrived after Christmas. I was disappointed in the quality of the ornament. I would never use this company again.

I previously posted a review that was a negative experience as I was notified my items were shipped but were not. I received my items today and was happy with the quality, all 5 were as advertised, better than I expected. I will buy from them again giving more time for the order to arrive..

I was confident they could deliver before the holidays as their site said. They communicated well until we closed in on the delivery date they gave me. As we drew closer to the holiday I emailed twice with no response so I became concerned. Although they missed the date by one day the order was packaged well and the product was as described. I understand that because of this time we are in there was a delay and for that reason I am giving the rating of four stars. It would have been five if they had continued communication as they had previously.

I ordered five personalized items for Christmas gifts, three ornaments, one wooden sign, and one canvas print. All of them were very good quality and exactly what I ordered! And, they are made here in the USA. It is their customer service department that I also need to give a really big shout out to. Four of the items didn’t make it to me on the original delivery even though the tracking number said all items were delivered. So, either some items were delivered to the incorrect address or else they were stolen from my porch. (Either way, that wasn’t the fault of Chillever). I contacted their customer service department, hoping they had some insight on the delivery tracking. They recreated and replaced my missing four personalized items and still got them shipped out to me before Christmas, at no additional charge to me. They now have a customer for life. I will look to them FIRST, especially when I need a personalized gift or a patriotic gift. And I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family as well. They truly went above and beyond with their customer service. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you to the employees at Chillever. You are ALL WONDERFUL! Natalie P.
