No confirmation of order, so a second order was placed. I attempted to communicate regarding concern to no avail. First order arrived and was not what was ordered and poorly made. Again I tried to communicate, no phone number available. The second order arrived just as poor as the first one! Now I have 2 inaccurate orders, 2 charges from r things I can't use and no one to talk to about it! This was an order for my niece to give her sister at her wedding shower. She felt awful not having a gift for her sister! I will never order from this company or recommend it to anyone!

I received what I ordered very quickly one order had the order wrong and they sent the corrected order very quickly! Highly recommend this website.

I bought an anniversary gift for my wife and I was really excited about it and I was upset that she received the wrong gift and I've been trying to contact them for a little over 2 weeks. Nobody is responding and I'm am looking at filing a lawsuit...

The chain wasn't as wide or long as pictured. The paper in which the words were written on wasn't good printed quality.

Horrible never received my item I had purchase.
