The only reason chillever gets 1 star is because I can’t leave 0 stars. Bought a personalized sign for my wife which arrived late for Christmas. Now just 2 months later the boards separated and are coming apart. Customer service told me they won’t do anything about it because it’s 2 months later. 2 months! Apparently their products don’t last that long

The services was amazing, and quick! The T- shirts were great quality and very personal!! I love them!! I will be using them again!!

I ordered the large blanket. I was shipped promptly even though I had it personalized. Very nice quality. I would be definitely order from then again.

I purchased a Christmas ornament in November, 2021, obviously needed on or before December 25th. Their shipping policy suggested I would get it at least two weeks early. I received notice that the item was "shipped" on December 10th the shipper only created a label. On December 19th, the item still showed as "label created" so I e-mailed them for status. I received an e-mail that they would respond within 24 hours but they didn't. On December 21st, I requested a cancellation of the order. "Selena" from customer service apologized and indicated she would refund me and still ship the item, which wouldn't arrive until after Christmas (it was a gift to be taken to the recipient out of my state). The ornament showed shipped on Dec 24th and arrived Dec 27th, but I couldn't give it to the recipient. They never did refund me as promised. I filed a dispute with the credit card provider and Chillever had the NERVE to fight the claim. Don't trust them!

I Love my shirt. It is so cute. for anyone ordering get your regular size. I ordered one an extra size larger just in case of shrinkage but it did not shrink, and is a little big. but that is ok. I wear shirts that are a little to big anyway. Thanks for such a beautiful Valentine's gift, just for me!!!!

I ordered a Grandma t-shirt which came with a sticker on it that says,"Pretreat stains disappear after first wash." Well that isn't the case. It had what looked like grease spots all over the shirt so I washed it in cold water and the spots got bigger. NEVER in my entire life have I purchased any product that essentially says it's stained. I did not pay for a stained shirt, nor will I wear a stained shirt. In my opinion, this vendor does not meet the quality standards I am up to. I have a hobby of posting reviews on social media and everywhere else based on my experiences and this one will make it to all the review sites I use. Next time you should indicate your items come stained and they definitely do not look new. I would give 0 stars if possible.
