Chill ChairReviews of chillchair.com

The customer service is courteous and prompt and the Company really cares about its customers.

The chair was better than I expected! Would definitely buy again!

Chill chair customer service is great. They are very proactive and I have enjoyed dealing with them. Honestly nothing negative to say about their team. Great job.

The customer support went above and beyond and was incredibly speedy. I am the CEO of a company and I hope my support team is only half as effective as Chill Chair was and my customers will be ecstatic.

Customer Service Is 10000 I havent actually got my chair, but as a small business owner I am leaving this review because of how diligent their service is. Friendly, Quick to respond, Professional. Delay in the delivery but excited to get the chair, and the service is worth the wait, and hopefully the chair is too! Thanks Rey.

The Chill Chair is an absolute game-changer! Its ergonomic design provides unparalleled support for my back, neck, and shoulders, ensuring a perfect posture during extended sitting. And let's talk about the massage function - it's pure bliss! The gentle yet invigorating massages melt away all my stress and tension, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world. Not to mention, the level of comfort this chair offers is beyond compare. I could lounge in it for hours without feeling any discomfort. I can't recommend the Chill Chair enough - it's the epitome of relaxation and luxury! Matt and Rey are simply put AMAZING!! I can honestly say it is very rare that I have ever had the level of customer service and satisfaction that I have had with these two. I have recommended this chair to all of my coworkers, and planning on getting one for my brother as well. The whole family used it when they came for a visit.

The customer service is excellent. Rey was on top of my issues.

had a little hiccup on the delivery, but they made it right and the chair is great!
