Chill ChairReviews of chillchair.com

I ordered the Sole Mate which arrived quickly by DPD. Slight issue with the product but I was able to email customer service who were able to offer the solution. Great product itself, as my feet are given an intense massage, and brilliant after care customer service if you need it.

The Chill Chair is the best upgrade I’ve made for my home office—it’s cozy, looks sharp, and the massage features really help me unwind at the end of the day. When I ran into a small hiccup, Emma and Rey from customer service were quick to help and super kind, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I’m really happy with this chair and the support I got; highly recommend it to anyone needing comfort and great service.

The product was of very high quality, and their customer service was excellent, very helpful and prompt!

Purchased the chill chair sole mate. Unfortunately the heat function did not work from day one. I reached out to customer support and within a few days i had a new chair. I have had life time issues with my clubbed feet and this massager has helped significantly reduce the pain i have when walking. Highly recommended and thank you.

I can’t even lie — these two have become essential parts of my routine. The Chill Chair lives up to its name perfectly. It’s not just a massage chair — it’s a whole experience. From the moment I sit down, the air compression, rollers, and recline hit exactly where I need it. The shoulder and lower back coverage are flawless, and that zero-gravity mode makes it feel like I’m floating. It’s quiet, smooth, and built like a luxury car seat — pure therapy in motion. Then you add the Soulmate Foot Massager into the mix? Game over. After long court days or late gym nights, this thing revives my feet instantly. It digs deep — not that cheap vibrating nonsense — but real kneading, air compression, and heat that melts away fatigue.

I got the Soul Mate foot massager. Loved it from first use the way its programmed to use pressure with rollers and red-light... honestly my feet felt amazing afterwards but it stopped working after 3days I was shattered thinking I've got to go through the paperwork process, wait periods... ... ... after a quick email Emma and Rey reached out and within days I had a replacement. Service is outstanding product is outstanding will buy again with no hesitation

Excellent chair and excellent customer service!!

I was impressed with the Chill Chair team right from the moment I placed my order. Several people reached out to thank me and kept me updated on the status of my delivery, which gave me real confidence in the process. What really stood out, though, was the aftercare. My desk was a bit too high for the chair’s armrests (which aren’t adjustable), and the team went out of their way to find me a solution that’s now working perfectly. They’ve even been checking in to make sure I’m happy, which is rare these days. The chair itself is amazing. The massage function has become part of my morning routine before I start work and meditate — a small luxury that makes a big difference. I’d highly recommend the Chill Chair to anyone looking for something unique, high-quality, and backed by outstanding customer support.
