Food is great and our dog loves it. We have seen a change in him in just over a week.

Piper loves the food but after about 2 weeks on the food giving her terrible diarrhea. So have had to stop using the product

It’s refreshing to know that Customer Service is alive and well with Chi Dog. My first food delivery was inadvertently sent to the wrong place even though they had the right address . I emailed support and told them I never revised my delivery and they replied right away and stated that they were another shipment would go out right away. I received my order as promised, no hassle or fuss. My Dog Lucky loves her new food and I appreciate Chi Dog Foods policies !!

The food is very good quality, and my dog loves it. When I called to place my order, I thought at first I was speaking with a typical customer service rep, but then she said she was a veterinarian and gave me some helpful information about my dog's situatuon and how diet could improve it. I have noticed a difference in him since he has been on this new, healthier diet (not just with ChiDog food but food I make for him as well)-- more energy, more bowel movements, more stamina on walks.

My puppies love the food! It comes very well packaged and stays frozen upon arrival. The company is super easy to work with and seems like a great and healthy meal plan for the dogs!

The only improvement i would request is that more ice be used in packaging the full month supplies. The ice is always dried up by the time I unpackage my delivery and the food packages have started to thaw. For whatever reason, that was more of an issue with the chicken based product and not the beef products. Other than that it is a great quality product that my dog loves. Thank you.
