Our picky dog loves the Fire and Metal varieties of Chi. He has allergies and the Chi dog foods do not contain ingredients that were identified as allergens for him. Deliveries always come on time and come frozen in dry ice.

Our pups love the Fire Diet. We have it on auto delivery and comes on time every month.

She loves it and it was super easy!

Both my integrative and primary vets recommended Chi Dog to me. The lightly cooked human-grade diet is made in California of quality ingredients, with a lot of protein and whole foods, except for some vitamin and mineral supplements used for balance! No preservatives or fillers! No problems with deliveries for us, and both the customer service reps and the vets have advised and helped us to choose the right food for our Brie. The food tends to be higher in protein and fat then conventional kibble, so if your dog has special health concerns check with your vet, but all the info is on the site. Brie, our Tijuana Street Dog rescue, is doing very well on Chi Dog! Her coat and energy are great.

Was told the packaging was fixed from the last batch, and they are still the same dispatch, which makes it hard to get into. If this does not get fixed we’re going to go to someone else. I reached out to tech support, and they weren’t very helpful

Jeremy, We appreciate you reaching out about the packaging being difficult to open with your most recent shipments. We do cook small batches and are sorry that the trays you received were difficult to open. The packaging has been adjusted to make it most easy to peel open and we are hopeful that future orders will work better for you. Please let us know if/how we can better serve you at any time in the future. Take care, -Chris @ Chi Dog

I found the customer service very friendly as I consulted about my two orders. The second order I specifically requested Not to get one of the packets as my dog did not like them and this order was messed up - I got the food type I did not want … ( I did not contact the company to complain so they could have shipped what I wanted instead…). Hence the 3 star. I like home cooked pet food so I approve overall.

It was a little difficult to order and I wish the type of diets were individually explained a little more.
