Chi DogReviews of chidog.com

This is great food and my dog love ❤️ LOVES ❤️ it. His coat looks full & shiny and his weight is stable after we dialed in his portion size — Border Collies burn calories! The greasy, leaky packaging and need to weigh out his meals make Chi Dog less convenient than some of the other fresh cooked options out there, but I’m convinced this food is helping my beloved dog live his best life. So, on balance, call me a fan of the food / annoyed by packaging & shipping problems.

The food was high quality and the customer service was top notch! Unfortunately, my dog ended up being allergic to the formula she needed, and they were very understanding about it.

When the food got to my house the dry smell ce was completely dissolved and some of the food was already defrosted. I tried giving my dog the food but it had a weird smell and so I thought maybe it was just the broccoli so I opened the next one all the food expired. I was very upset as this is not the first time this has happened. I had to throw away all the food except for 2 to have proof the food went bad.

My dog is arthritis in fur and this food has helped immensely with his nerve pain.

Love this company. The food has helped my senior dog Mini. Also the customer service is wonderful

I had occasion to speak with Chad in customer service. He was extremely helpful and kind. I love that I text him and when he gets into work always responds! Great customer service

Chi dog has made all the difference in my older dog with pancreatitis and cushings. The company is a smaller company with attention to detail and if there are issues they make it right.

I have the pickiest eater ever when it comes to dog food. I was shocked when I saw how he licked his plate clean eating chi dog :) I also love how you can see all the great ingredients the food isn’t just mush, you can actually see all the real human grade meat! We love chi dog such a great quality human grade food for our fur babies.
