Great Customer Service, fantastic product for my dog!

Extremely difficult to reach a live customer service representative! I typically have to place two to three calls or more get a call back! Very unprofessional!

My dog has had chronic allergies since he was small. He is now five years old and his skin has changed dramatically. It has helped him so much. I wish it was less costly but my dog is worth it.

My Pit mix Ruby LOVES her Chi Dog our veterinarian recommended Chi Dog and wow ! We feel so good about feeding Ruby such a nutritiously dense food! She is beyond healthy as a result, and her coat shines like nothing I have ever seen. Another thing I’ve noticed is that she always smells good she’s never stinky and I attribute that to her health and diet! The staff and customer service is truly remarkable!!!!
