Working with Chi Dog thru my Golden’s fight with cancer has been nothing but great. Feel good feeding it to him plus helps me not be behind the stove. Thanks Chi Dog!

My dogs have adjusted very smoothly to Chi dog food! I feel confident in the nutrition and giving them a fully balanced diet! They even offer a consultation with their cofounder (vet) a few days after ordering the first round of food. The conversation was very informative and Dr. Susan took her time to be attentive and answer my questions. I truly appreciate this company and their approach to pet care and client support.

1., the shipping takes 6 days AFTER they process the order. 2. the reps answering emails show no interest in helping, just answering the question in as few words as possible. 3. there is no way to order shipping at a faster rate for a fee. 4. you cannot talk with anyone over the phone and the text option is always "not available at this time".
Response from Chi DogJun 26, 2024

We ship 3 days a week and try to be flexible with a shipping schedule we do not have full control over. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you need any further assistance. Thank you for your time and feedback, Curtis @ Chi Dog

My little chihuahua has some health issues and Chi Dog's Wood Diet was recommended by a holistic veterinarian. This is the only fresh food we've tried that she licks the bowl clean and looks for more.
