My dog loves your food, but I have been removing huge pieces of cartilage and chunks of bone on occasion in the wood diet. Just letting you know so it can be corrected. Thank you!

Annemarie, We’re so glad your pup loves the food—and thank you for letting us know about what you found in the Wood diet. We hand-cook in small batches using whole-muscle chicken (no organ meats) and, while we trim carefully, there can be natural variation in real food (e.g., occasional connective tissue/cartilage). We don’t use bone at all in any Chi Dog recipe—bone is not an ingredient and should not be present. Thanks again for the heads up and for feeding Chi Dog. We’re here if you need anything!
