giving 1 star is being generous. I have never ate Chick-Fil-A until today, This was my first time. I saw the commercial for the chicken and waffle sandwich and when I got up today that was what I was craving for brunch. I live .8 miles from the store and I tracked the Door dasher ( he arrived with time with time to spare very fast and quick great service ) the fries were cold no seasoning and tasted like they had water on them (gross) the waffles tasted burnt and dry. the only good thing was the chicken was tender and a little juicy. In all for the price I paid I expected more but was very unsatisfied and will not be guilty of being a repeat customer.

The last two visits at two different locations with two different managers were all the same. Missing food, incomplete orders, staff saying uh huh or barely anything when you say thank you. Missing dipping sauces and over supplying ketchup like they just threw something in the bag. Business model no longer exists. Rarely eating there anymore yet again. I took a break from it for a while for the same reasons, poor service with food items missing or poor quality. Very disappointing.

I ordered a chicken and waffles meal. Thr waffles were too small,limp and cold. The chicken was dry and cold $9.00 i threw it in the trash. It might be better in other locations. Greenville. Ms. Is not known for quality of food or service.

I ordered food for 40 people from Chick-fil-A at BNA airport, and everything was excellent! The food was fresh, delicious, and delivered right on time. The order was perfect and made feeding a large group so easy. Great service

I had an order delivered through Uber Eats and there was an item missing from the bag. I called the store and they are telling me that it is not the responsibility that it is a third-party that is responsible, which makes no sense to me. I do not blame or uber because they are not allowed to open the bag to check to see what’s in the bag. It is the responsibility of the store to make sure everything is in the bag before it is sealed that policy needs to be changed. I will not be ordering at Chick-fil-A on Hammerly and beltway eight any longer.

Missing food when using drive through, sometimes cold and sometimes hot food. Gone from 4/5 stars to 3 in a short period.

I loved their lemonade and purchased it more than regularly. Recently, the volume/quantity has decreased significantly and the price is the same. I commented about this and the employees simply ignore the query or feign ignorance; not a good idea. As a result, I've stopped ordering that item. I was going to begin ordering the gallon size til I discovered (verified by A.I.) the gallon size price increased significantly. Do they think their regular customers wouldn't notice? NTY.

I loved the chicken nuggets, fries and milkshakes. they are so freaking good. I feel kinda bad for the employees who have to say My pleasure! My dad dislikes it because you guys changed the recipe for the chicken nuggets. Keep up the good work though!
