Chick Fil-aReviews of chick-fil-a.com

Don't get me wrong I like chick fila we eat there twice a week I get the same thing, with side salad, today we ordered drive thru got the salad I didn't check until I got home the salad(lettuce) was no good it was brown. Too tired to go back and return it. #Lakeriidge location .

Gloria was fantastic on Saturday in the Kingston upon Thames branch. Thanks so much! Everytime I have gone there everyone is so polite and exudes great customer service!

The last 2x (within the last month) the chicken has tasted like it is fake/fabricated. Does not taste like it used too. Think this company has started mass producing to keep up with the demand by using GMO

Why chic fil a hides prices on website and local restaurants. That’s definitely a red flag to me. I’ll definitely be avoiding that place!

For such priced chicken sandwich, I'll expect a bigger piece of meat. Spicy chicken specifically, get smaller and smaller after 2020.

I placed an order that included a small fruit cup. After checking our bag to make sure we had what we had ordered, my daughter told me we had not received the fruit cup. I parked and informed the young woman who had brought our order to us that we had not received the small fruit cup. She told us it was in the second bag she had given us. I told her she had only given us one bag. She asked for our receipt, which was still attached to the bag. She walked back to the drive-thru area and told another young woman about the missing fruit cup. That young woman came to our car and asked to see our bag so SHE could make sure it wasn’t in the bag. We had not lied about the missing fruit cup when the first young lady asked and still had not when the other young lady asked! I was infuriated that she would imply we had lied about a SMALL FRUIT CUP!! It was embarrassing and offensive, to say the very least!! I had always considered Chick-Fil-A a restaurant of integrity and morals and drove away feeling much different and wondered how many others have had the same or similar experience.

Got uncooked chicken from sewell new jersey location. Their quality is deteriorating

6282 Poplar Avenue is the worst location! 3 employees standing talking and ignoring me as I entered drive through at 11:40am. Continued talking as I went all the way forward with nothing in my line. Another employee asked what i ordered as i was merging in line. I said nobody waited on me. She said stay there and went all the way to the other end and sent one of those employees to take my order with an attitude! THEN said I was behind the fourth vehicle in the other lane! I waited and then went all the way around to windows to be asked at the window what i ordered again!. Please pull up to the stop sign and wait they said. I ordered a number 1 with cheese people really? I only get 30 minutes for lunch and spent it there! I ate 3 bites of me almost burnt chicken sandwich and realized no cheese. Lol really? I was charged for it too. I can't do that again. Please manage this store better!
