Easy to order - good price - delivery earlier than anticipated.

I found a good quality limited ingredient dog food for my Golden who suffers from allergies and ordered several bags from Mr. Chewy. It was an easy online purchase, free shipping and fast delivery. We're now set up for automatic delivery so Mr. Chewy will be delivering our dog food to our door for free from now on. Couldn't be happier with Mr. Chewy and my shopping experience.

I have had a great experience with Mr. Chewy. The company is honest and reliable. I received my 30 lbs. of dog food the next day after I ordered. The package was intact; however, the heavy bag of food crushed the small cannister of Perfect Form from Honest Kitchen (an herbal supplement) which opened the lid and the herbal powder leaked out. I called immediately and Andrea, the customer service rep (really friendly and intelligent) said she would send me another box of the Perfect Form free of charge and they would look into better packaging next time so that would not happen again. The treatment I received was excellent almost 180 degrees different from another physical shop where I had to drive 24 miles to a store where a woman had such negative energy that I hated to go there. I hope to continue shopping online at Mr. Chewy, a top rate company. Kudos!!!

The cat food I ordered was here in 2 days, well packed. It arrived before some other things I ordered days before this from other companies. My cats were happy with their "fast food".

Delivered dog food as promised and expected.

I was happy to find the brand of cat food I wanted, with more nourishing ingredients than commercial stuff in the local stores, at a better price than I can get from my food co-op. I would like a more detailed description of the products, though. I got a different combination of turkey cat food than I expected. It's fine, just not the particular flavor I thought I was ordering.
