I ordered from MrChewy.com because of a promotion they were having - donating $20 for every first order to Blind Cat Rescue. They do not carry all the foods or treats that I want, but if they did, I would probably continue to order. I have four cats and go through a lot of supplies fairly quickly.

After accidentally placing my order twice ( I noticed 2 receipts in my e-mail), I called customer service. She was very helpful; she rectified the situation immediately. While we spoke, the customer service rep made some good recommendations for future purchases. Regarding the cows' tails, I was so pleasantly surprised to find the package NOW contains larger tails than before. Actually, when I began purchasing this item at my local pet store 5 years ago, this was the size I purchased.

this was a very easy purchase and very quick shipment-when you need dog food you need it in the next few days and the service accomodated that need.

Oh Mr. Chewy! I wish I could tell you how wonderful the human race is, but I simply cannot at this time. This particular order was placed by me, President of a dog rescue group. We pride ourselves on feeding good, quality food to our dogs in foster homes (we are a foster home only based rescue group). This order (Fromm and Grizzly Salmon Oil) was sent to a woman that was (as of today) fostering a dog for us to feed to the foster dog. I say, "as of today", because today is when the Sheriff removed the dog from her home. The whole thing started with, from what I can tell, a debate about what constitutes a "quality food". The woman had this dog (2y, male, 50 lbs) on a brand of food that we did not consider quality and it was the puppy variety of this food to boot! We asked her if she was able to get to a local retailer to pick up some better food, and if she was, to tell us which one so we could call ahead and pay for the food over the phone. Well - she about blew up screaming, "My dogs are not on crap food" and "not all dogs need expensive food". She failed to remember that OUR dog is not HER dog and as the FOSTER she needs to follow the rules. We don't care what she feeds her own dog, but we do care about what our adoptable dogs eat. So, I ordered some food for the guy and had it shipped directly to her in an attempt to make her life easier. Fed Ex confirmed the delivery and of course.. the woman said it never arrived. So I called FedEx and filed a ticket to have the driver describe the property and where the food was left, etc.. and sure enough.. they delivered it. I believe it was Sunday evening when this woman cut off all contact with us. She was advised on Saturday evening that we were going to move the dog. She deleted members of our group as "Facebook friends", did not respond to emails, texts or phone calls and well.. we were worried about our dog in her care. So.. how do I know the FedEx driver described the property correctly you may be wondering? Because I drove from IL to KY to try and retrieve our dog! While my plan was to arrive at her home early in the morning and simply ask for the dog and have her give him to me. That didn't work out, she apparently left at some point in the middle of the night. After spending the day in KY, meeting with various officials and doing everything I had to do per various laws, our dog is now safe and will be moved to a new foster home where he will be until he is adopted. So Mr. Chewy.. YOU are wonderful and you have a great selection and we will be using you again (we love free shipping! Whoot!) and we also like that there can be a different shipping and billing address so we can get food to our foster homes and have the bill go to us. However, because of this insane woman, we're now out the entire order which really kind of sucks since we're a small group. *sigh*. Don't worry.. we will still recommend you and if you start to sell a cure for "crazy".. please let us know :)
