Chewy.comReviews of chewy.com

I love chewy. this company. they are the best. and i love that if u accidentally order something u donate it and don't send it back! but I love this yr at xmas they sent me a pic of my baby. it was hand painted. it was so beautiful.

I just lost my cat this week. I had a full unopened case of KD. I called to see if I could return it. They said my account would be credited and I could donate the food. Then today I received flowers FROM CHEWY with a nice note!!! This is the most amazing customer service I think I have ever received. So grateful!

We’ve had two twenty year old kitties pass in the the last year and on one ten year old. We miss them so. Also had excess food that chewy let use send back for a refund. Today when we came home chewy had roses sent to use in memory, wow how thoughtful. Made us both tear up. I would recommend Chewy to anyone that needs pet care products. Best in the business for sure. Thanks Devin and the whole Chewy family.

I have been using chewy for years. I'm not one to write reviews unless I've had a VERY negative experience with a company, but I have to say chewy is by far the most customer oriented company that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It's extremely convenient, quick, and they truly go the extra mile because they genuinely care about their customers way more than money. They are passionate about your animals and other animals in need. Thank you chewy for being this way, and please don't ever lose your way.

Last week My girlfriend and I ordered stuff from Chewy for our Bunny Lola. 3 Days ago a terrible tragedy occurred and our baby passed away after 7 years. As any pet owner would know this is very heartbreaking and we are still dealing with the pain of losing her. The same day our order came in from Chewy and it made it even more devastating as we completely forgot we ordered some items. We called Chewy to inform them that we need to return the items due to what had happened. They let us know that we can keep the stuff and donate it and we will also get our refund. That alone deserves 5 star customer service because they understand the emotions of pet owners and it was so nice of them. Well today my Girlfriend sends me a photo of flowers sent from Chewy and a beautiful Note from Ashley, sharing her condolences and letting us know that we have their support. This goes above and beyond for me as I work in sales and know that going an extra step takes effort but they went an extra mile. Thank you Chewy and RIP Lola

A couple days ago I canceled an autoship for my 14-year old dog that recently passed away. I provided a response to the question that asked for cancelation reason. Today I got a thoughtful sympathy card in the mail. That was so unexpected and kind. I've been ordering from them for years and always had great experiences with customer service. When they were acquired, I assumed the service would slide, but that has not been my experience.

I have been with Chewy for my fur babies for some years now and can say that I love the customer service that they share with me and I’m sure many others. I’m here today because our 14 yr. old beautiful Pitt Bull, Sasha went to heaven to run and play with the other furry angels last tues. I called Chewy to modify my order and to tell about a broken bag of cat little, they replaced with no problem. I shared that our girl Sasha, had passed, and one kitty moved away with our daughter when she moved into her own place leaving us with just 1 kitty at home. The representative was so kind and sympathetic. So, changes were being made to my order. Today, by total surprise, I received a beautiful sympathy bouquet of flowers from guess who? Chewy!!! My heart is so full with gratitude and gratefulness instead of saddens that a company so large can take the time out to remember one of their millions of customers who lost their fur baby family member. Thank you, Chewy! I’m writing this in tears. We miss Sasha and her playfulness and winning smile. We appreciate your kindness. Thanks again, The Thomas Family 🐕🐕🐕 🙏🏽❤️🐕❤️🙏🏽🐕

Chewy is the Best! My dog, Bogart passed away so I cancelled my autoship and told Chewy why. I got a lovely comforting letter, and they refunded my last autoship order. I am a Chewy customer for life. I don’t know any other company that would have done this. Bless you Chewy.
