I recently order from your website for the first time, we needed some dog food and to complete my order and get the free shipping I decided to order some chewing bones, the Tank to be exact, we got our order in three days and when we saw them we couldn't help but laugh, they are huge, I guess the name should've been a red flag. We have to shichons, the bones were bigger than their heads, when I called to report it and see if they could send me a return label, I was amazed with the unbelievable customer service. I will continue to shop from you guys.

We are so excited to find a pricey dog food for less than we can buy it at the local pet store. Avoderm is a great dog food but we can only get it in a 4lb bag...not very economical for a 30 lb dog.

wanted to find some site which not only allowed me to purchase some continuing dog food treats (joint care and greenies dental) but one that gave me options to set up auto-ships so I do not have to remember to order. Found everything I wanted along with auto-ship options for 2 items I needed. The extra bonus for me was the special discount I get by doing the auto-ship.
