Chewy.com made it easy and convenient to find the dog food we needed at a reasonable price, as well as other items. The most outstanding thing they've done, they sent us fresh flowers when our dog passed away.

Chewy is hands down the best pet company I have ordered from. The customer service is always top tier, everyone is so nice and helpful. I recently had a loss of a pet and Scot and the team sent their condolences with flowers 💐 I feel as tho a piece of my soul is now dedicated to chewy haha. I love you chewy!

Above and Beyond I have been using Chewy's automatic subscription for my dog's flea/tick medication for over 5 years, but when my dog suddenly died on Thanksgiving, I didn't even think to cancel this subscription. When the medication arrived in the mail, I sent an email to the support team explaining our heartache and wanting to return the medicine and receive a refund, if possible. The support team was incredible. They responded in genuine compassion, told me I could donate the medicine to a dog rescue near me and they would immediately refund my account and cancel my remaining subscription for me. I was very touched, but then they sent me a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers in memory of my Ivy a week later that left me in tears. When our family is ready for another dog, we will absolutely be using Chewy whenever we can. I would recommend them to anyone. I have never had any problems with Chewy in all the years I have ordered from them!! Great prices, cheaper than I can buy the same product locally and Chewy is always in stock. Shipping is incredibly fast, at least in my experience! I have recommended Chewy to many friends and not one of them has ever had a bad experience or issue with Chewy. I will continue to be a loyal customer of Chewy for as long as I own pets. Chewy is a Bright Star to me in this gloomy world we currently live in.
