STOP USING FEDEX! FedEx is horrible: packages are left in the wrong location and/or damaged, consistently late… these issues are not directly chewy’s fault but until they can use another service, they’ll have to take responsibility.

This is the first time I have tried to buy Gift cards from Chewy. It is the worst experience I have had with online purchases. Their customer service is worthless. Got cut off twice then tried to speak to a supervisor which is what chat suggested, just as bad. Yes, I have made purchases through them with no problems. I cannot find out how to print the gift cards, no one seems to know how to help me achieve this. Maybe they should consult with Amazon which is a piece of cake.

Once again, the shipping took a week! So disgusted that they ship my order from AZ when I’m 100 miles from Jacksonville, FL shipping Ctr. WILL NOT PUT BOXES INSIDE MY GATE! I have begged and pleaded, to no avail. Now prices have gone up $2 to $5 per product over Walmart! So you really ARE paying for shipping!

Unreliable and inaccurate delivery information provided between Chewy and Fed Ex. Delivery arrived 2 days late causing extra time, effort and expense. Have closed my account with them after they offer a $15 credit for future orders. I’ll spend it with Bark or Walmart.

For anyone thinking about paying to speak to a telehealth "vet" via Chewy's online chat, don't bother! You're better off doing absolutely nothing. They won't give you the vet advice you paid for, but they will regurgitate vague answers that you already saw on Google. Some random guy on Reddit can probably help you 10 times better than Chewy's so-called "Certified Veterinarian". Save your $15 for someone who can actually offer you even a drop of useful information. I hope they stick to just being pet Amazon because their automated responses are garbage. Shout out to "Shannon B"! Thank you for wasting my time girl!

Chewy has always been great. We order a lot and often. I got a promo code card in the mail and tried to use it on our order today. The number would not work, so I called customer service. It was for 20.00. The agent said she could give me a 10:00 one, only when I said that was not what we were supposed to have….she gave another 10.00 like she was doing us a favor. This is not what I expected from a company like this, very disappointed. I will be ordering from the direct food companies from now on instead of Chewy.
