Easy to use website, good prices (both the dog food and cat food I ordered were cheaper than at the big box pet store I usually by from, cat litter was pretty close), the free shipping was awesome and I don't have to lug big bags of dog food home. Really fast - I placed the order Tuesday, had the package by Saturday. I like the automatic order feature and the fact that I can change the interval whenever I want - I never really paid attention to the rate at which I was going through the stuff before, so I may need to adjust it.

My cats need a difficult to find food (Weruva cans), so I poked around online to see if there was a good resource for a direct ship, and discovered MrChewy.com.
