I ordered two xl dog beds Took forever I had to cancel

Put in order...never received it...called n was told they need more info?...then told it would be sent out...2days later called...still not sent...asked for my phone# n email again n was given $10 off for inconvenience...6 days later called...told it was sent out later in day to be told there's a security glitch...never will order from them again again

This was my first order from Chewy. I have a new puppy and planned on ordering food so we don’t have to go to the store. I was told it would be here yesterday and then it was delayed until today. I didn’t receive my order but my email said it was delivered. I called Fed Ex and they had a picture of the porch it was delivered to which was not mine. I will not order from Chewy again. I had to go to the store to get food yesterday and was ticked that it was delayed but now it wasn’t even delivered to my house. Not necessarily Chewys fault but it is since they use Fed Ex.

Ordered Orivet DNA test kit. Received essentially empty kit— no activation barcode nor test swabs. Called Chewy and told they just send these out and to call the company. Just got a recording. Scam? Or just a waste of money. Don’t buy this brand. Check the reviews Chewy responded and is sending another kit. It’s not Chewy that packages the kit. Just the middle man. We will see if Orivet performs.

Ordering from this company is NOT CHEAP ! shipping should be faster and not as messy... orders are delayed ... delivery dates keep changing... not what is expected of what's supposed to be a first rate company... My pet needs his meds!....

As a veterinary employee, working with Chewy is like torture. Their customer service and prescription authorization reps are absolutely braindead. They email our clients messages that say their vet won't approve things even though they've contacted the vet several times.....in reality they haven't even contacted the vet once. We wish we could stop our clients from using them. It is amazing how much time in the day that our staff wastes on dealing with Chewy. I'm pretty sure their support staff is based in Florida, so thar explains a lot.

They said my package will come in 2-3 day but it took 6 day 🤬!

We ordered Simparica (Rx item) from Chewy on Nov 12th and we still have not received it (it is December 4th). We had to send a paper Rx from our Vet for the order which we expected. However, Chewy's delivery partner OnTrac lost our order & now Chewy is saying we need to get another paper Rx from our Vet for a replacement order. How does this make sense? They also will not send the original Rx back so we can fill it somewhere else. So frustrating! We used to love Chewy, but ever since they were acquired they no longer offer 2 day (reliable) shipping & their customer service has gone downhill. Meanwhile our dog is overdue for his flea and tick medicine and Chewy doesn't care.
