Was so happy to find my preferred dog food at such a great price. Very interested in the auto-shipping with free shipping feature. Food came on time, packaged well. Will be using this site for ordering for a long time!

Great place and super deals on the food I use for my dogs. I also am extremely satisfied with the customer service and their professionalism. I had received two bags of Sojo's and one was slit 2" or so with a box cutter at the factory, and when I received it the box was completely untampered with. I called Mr. Chewy and send them photos with my iPhone and a bag was received the following day. They told me to dispose of it...did not want it back. I have to say that overall, when you order with them, its immediate! and although I hope never to use customer service again, if I did I know they they take your back 200% Highly recommended seller!

I ordered from Mr. Chewy after seeing a positive story about it in the Wall Street Journal. They had the brand we feed our dog (Call of the Wild) at a decent price and with a good flavor selection. They shipped our order correctly and quickly, and because we signed up for a subscription, our shipping was free. The only thing I wish they offered was an "assorted" option, where they would send us a random variety of Call of the Wild flavors each month. Our dog doesn't like eating the same flavor month in, month out, so we'll need to change our order manually from time to time, which negates some of the convenience factor.

So fast, so easy and LESS EXPENSIVE than the pet store! I will be a repeat customer forever!

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Chewy on my first order with the company. The website is very easy to use and the order arrived exactly when promised. I love the idea of the automatic shipping too. I'm so glad that I discovered Mr. Chewy.

...just wish they used UPS instead of FedEx since FedEx always seems to take shortcuts and rather than attempting to deliver to my 3rd floor apt, they completely bypass the apartment and leave packages at the office about a block away (I know this bc I work from home and am here all day). This made it a pain to get the heavy box upstairs myself. If they used UPS I would set up recurring shipments.

I have an older dog, a St. Bernard who has not been eating regularly. She's elderly and I'm afraid she is not getting the nutrition she needs. I got a sample of this dog food and she loved it so I ordered more. She is eating again and doing much better. The food comes in small pieces, easy for her to handle and the ingrediants are much healthier.

Fast service...great price...I would have given 5 stars if the cat litter I ordered didnt break open during shipping and leak out all over the place. I will still order from here. just had to edit this review from early July--when it was sent to Mr Chewy.. they sent out another box of litter by fed ex at no charge to me...then a HAND WRITTEN card came in the mail apolgizing for the breakage! They are the best!
