First time using an online delivery service for our dog's food and I'll have to say we are extremely pleased and look forward to our monthly shipment! Ordered on a Thursday afternoon and products arrived Saturday around noon...great, quick service!

We adopted an older, shelter dog, who were absolutely adore, and of course, we want to do everything right. Our shelter sent home a sample of your dog food but I had never heard of it. However, apparently, our dog did, because she loves it so I looked it up on line and ordered some. I slice off a few pieces to mix in with her other dry food and she cleans her dish every time. A great product!

This is the first order I've ever placed with MrChewy.com and I was very pleased. It was very easy and I got my order within two days. I will definitely be ordering more merchandise from them in the future. Great service and prices!

I have ordered from a competitor for years and referred many friends to them. Their customer service became very slow and seemed uncaring about how quickly they put an order together and shipped it. They changed methods of shipping so it went from taking approximately 4 days to place and order and receive it to approximately 2 weeks. I became extremely frustrated and shared my experience with their customer service department several times. Finally became frustrated enough to look for equal or better prices but most of all better shipping and customer satisfaction. BINGO.....I found it all right here with Mr. Chewy! What an awesome company wholeheartedly set on customer satisfaction. You guys rock! I'll buy from you every time and will certainly refer my friends to my new find! Thanks a million!
