Chewy boxes are to heavy for people to lift

Bought something off this site more than a year ago and every time that another person purchases from them, giving Chewy their CC number and expecting it to be charged to them, Chewy has Charged my Paypal account with NO authorization from me whatsoever. They had just saved my information from that purchase a long time ago and continued to ROB me. Companies with Integrity do NOT do this. ..!.. m!

I thought the delays in my prescription food for my cat was during the pandemic was because of shipping issues. However I continue to have issues getting my prescription food filled. Every time I try to order there is an error. I ordered a bag of prescription food on December 30th hoping I would get the food faster. What a mistake. Again they messed up. I sent a copy of the prescription in with my order, the order said they had confirmed the prescription with the vet. When I looked on my account it stated it was taking a little longer for shipping. I checked days later and now it didnt have anything; just showed the order but not that it was shipped or any reason why it had not shipped. I called on January asking what was going on. First he said it wasn't approved yet then he said that it was approved but the vet listed in my account didn't match and did I want it updated. Of course I do and please send the food ASAP. He said he would send a message to the area that handles prescriptions. I recevied a notification that my order shipped January 6th. It is now January 10th so I checked my account. The food was completely removed from my order and they were just sending the toy. This has happend too many times. I will no longer order from Chewy.

I buy to Chewy for the last 6 years and for the last couple of years is being a nightmare fedex delivery my orders on time. They just keep my pets food, litter on the truck for days and came whatever they want to.Chewy customer service is horrible, they doesnt care. Same order trough Wallmart and using fedex too, they deliver next day without issues. This s so frustrating

Unbelievable. Twice I have ordered heart worms and flee meds. 1st time finally after three or four corespondents I finally received. This time same issue. Always keep asking for prescription that I mailed. They have no clue from dept to dept. this last time I just told them to cancel. Will never do business with this incompetent company.

If you want to pay via PayPal, Chewy automatically -- and with no way to opt out -- wants to link everything (Chewy and PayPal) to FB and Messenger)! NO WAY would I ever link any part of my financial info to Facebook. talk about upping the fraud potential.

I will never use Chewy again!! My dog's (Prescription) food that I ordered has been lost in shipping for the last 2 days. I called Chewy and they refused to give me a copy of the prescription so I can go and get it at a local pet store. Very disappointed!!

I ordered the food from Chewy for my pet in advance before it's running out. However, Chewy cancelled my order without any notice ( no email, no text, no call). I didn't know that until I checked it online. But I already ran out of the food, so I have to go to the local pet store to buy them. I called the customer service. She said the system automatically cancelled due to many accounts. I told her I created another account because my email was hacked and I did call them to remove my old email from their system. Then, she just asked my reorder it again, but she still cannot guarantee the system will let it through. Poor service. I never purchase anything from them anymore.
